For local optimization (State, City), the upfront cost is $500 to get your site initially optimized and includes the first 90 days of work.

They guarantee that your site will be on the first or second page of at least two major search engines (MSN, Yahoo & Google) within the first 90 days. If it isn't, they will continue at NO COST until this goal has been met.

At that time, there is a $100 per calendar quarter charge which includes quarterly reports. You do not have to continue on a quarterly basis, however SEO is generally an ongoing process as the search engines frequently change their ranking criteria.*

For national/worldwide optimization, the upfront cost is $750.
